Castle Peak Retirement Residence Multipurpose RoomCaregiving can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. Learn about supports for you and the person you’re caring for, plus resources and strategies to help make things more manageable.
This welcoming, judgment-free session is designed for anyone supporting a loved one, whether you’re just starting out or have been caregiving for some time.
We’ll explore practical supports for both you and the person you’re caring for, including local and regional resources, respite options, and services that can help ease the day-to-day load. You’ll also learn simple, realistic strategies to manage stress, set boundaries, and take care of your own wellbeing without guilt.
This is a relaxed, supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect. You’re welcome to listen, take notes, or ask questions.
Bracebridge Library
The Bracebridge Library is located within the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre at 34 Salmon Avenue. It is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a Makerspace, Recording Studio, study rooms, meeting rooms, and much more for you to explore!

Whether you are registering for a program or booking a room, you need a valid Bracebridge Library card. You can renew your existing card or apply for a new one online or in person.
