Gather with fellow aspiring writers and get inspired to write your own spooky story. Whether it’s a true tale of a haunting encounter or a purely fictional story featuring goblins, vampires, and werewolves, you’ll have fun sharing ideas with others and learning skills for building suspense and crafting creepiness.
This event will be presented on two evenings. The same material will be presented on each date.
In October, you’ll have a chance to record your own narration of your story with sound effects. Look out for the “Record your Spooky Story” program.

About the Library
The Bracebridge Library is located within the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre at 34 Salmon Avenue. It is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a Makerspace, Recording Studio, study rooms, meeting rooms, and much more for you to explore!
