Castle Peak Retirement Residence Multipurpose Room

Learn how to use your natural writing as a base to design endless unique writing styles.

Learn how to invent stylized alphabets based on your own natural handwriting. 

In this program we'll learn how break down the building blocks that make up our natural printing and modify them to create distinct but related letter styles.

We will experiment with different tools, learn terminology, play with proportion and decorative elements.

By the end you'll have the confidence to create a lettering style that matches the mood of any project you wish to create.

About the Library

The Bracebridge Library is located within the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre at 34 Salmon Avenue. It is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a Makerspace, Recording Studio, study rooms, meeting rooms, and much more for you to explore!

If you want to see which programs you are registered for, you can do that on our website.

You can book one of the library's rooms online, too!

Whether you are registering for a program or booking a room, you need a valid Bracebridge Library card. You can renew your existing card or apply for a new one online or in person.
