Join Jenna Martin, NP, and Kayla Boll, RN, from the Cottage Country Family Health Team for an informative and supportive session on perimenopause and menopause. This session will cover common symptoms, what to expect during these life stages, and practical strategies for managing changes.
There will also be time for a Q&A, offering a chance to ask questions and gain clarity in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Whether you're experiencing changes yourself or looking to learn more, this session is open to all who want to better understand perimenopause and menopause. The Bracebridge Library is located within the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre at 34 Salmon Avenue. It is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a Makerspace, Recording Studio, study rooms, meeting rooms, and much more for you to explore!
